Hospital & Nonprofit Requests

We LOVE sending happy, sparkly boxes full of our wigs and character beanies to hospitals and other groups all over the world — and our boxes are always FREE to our partner organizations!

We send boxes of wigs to children’s and general hospitals, standalone cancer centers, outpatient cancer treatment clinics, Ronald McDonald houses and other long-term medical housing providers, and dozens of partner nonprofits benefiting families of children with cancer and other forms of hair loss. We send wig boxes to medical orphanages in Ukraine and to Walt Disney World! We would love to speak with your organization to find out how we can add even more sparkle to the services you provide.

We can prepare a box for your group whenever you need it.

If you are low on storage space, we can send you only a dozen wigs at a time. If you serve a large population and would like to keep multiple styles on hand, we can send you 3 dozen or more at once! If your patients prefer wigs for warm weather, smaller or larger sizes, special events, and so on, we would love to make it happen. Please reach out to our Hospital Coordinator today so we can put together the perfect Magic just for your kiddos.

Note that as you consider your patient survey, our wig sizes are children’s sizes. “Small” wigs are designed for infants and small toddlers (up to age 2). We recommend size “Medium” wigs (age 3 and up) for most hospitals. Most of our wigs have an adjustable sizing elastic within the brim that allow them to be custom-fitted to little cancer fighters of all ages.

Not ready to receive wigs on-hand yet?

We have a brochure-sized “Rack Card” that provides patient families all the information that they need to request a free wig themselves directly from us. Many hospitals and other centers keep these rack cards available at their Patient Information kiosks, and Child Life Specialists with even the smallest workspaces have told us that they like to keep a stack of these on hand to give to families. You can print your own copies of the rack cards using the link directly below, or reach out to our Hospital Coordinator and we would be happy to mail you a stack for free.
